一、简 历

刘传胜 高级实验师

1990 年毕业于武汉大学物理系金属物理专业。  
1993 年在中国科学院沈阳金属研究所获工程硕士学位,论文方向为Bi系超导材料的研究与制备。
1993-1998  年在深圳金科特种材料有限公司工作,从事铝、镁、铜合金材料熔炼辅助材料和PTC发热材料的研究开发。
1999  年进入武汉大学物理系凝聚态专业攻读理学博士学位,方向为薄膜材料的离子束改性与制备。

2004 年获博士学位,留校任教


二、科研项目  

(1) 超低能团簇离子束制备硅烯,国家自然科学基金,项目主持人。(2014-2017)。

(2) 加速器-电镜联机研究II-VI  族铁电铁磁结构形成的动态,国家自然科学基金,项目主持人。(2009-2011)
