Personal profile

Cheng Ruiqing, a distinguished associate researcher of Wuhan University, is mainly engaged in the research of electronic/magnetoelectronic devices based on van der Waals heterojunction and storage computing/brain-like computing. He received a bachelor of science degree from Shandong University, a master degree of science from the University of Copenhagen and a doctor degree of science from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He joined Wuhan University in September 2020. At present, he has published more than 30 papers in journals such as Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials and Applied Physics Letters, and applied for 2 invention patents. He has won awards such as the Dean's Excellence Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Scholarship, and the Best Student Model of the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
