Wen Yao, postdoctoral fellow The main research direction is the controllable preparation of new two-dimensional materials and device applications, aiming to explore the novel physical properties of two-dimensional materials and realize high-performance two-dimensional electronic and optoelectronic device applications through material structure design, growth control, performance regulation and device optimization. . The main research directions include: 1) Controllable preparation and physical property adjustment of new two-dimensional materials; 2) New electronic, optoelectronic and optical information devices; 3) Research on the physical properties of new magnetic materials and the preparation of low-power spintronic devices;
