个人简介
文耀 特聘副研究员 主要研究方向为新型二维材料的可控制备及器件应用,旨在通过材料结构设计、生长控制、性能调控及器件优化探究二维材料新颖物理特性及实现高性能二维的电子、光电子器件应用。主要从事的研究方向包括: 1)新型二维材料的可控制备、物性调控; 2)新型电子、光电子及光信息器件; 3)新型磁性材料物性研究及其低功耗自旋电子器件的制备;
